Barista Basics Flush Mount Bar and Cafe Rinser, NSF Approved, 6 x 6 Inch

Clean Counter. Clean Rinse. Built Into the Bar.

A countertop rinser takes up space. A flush mount rinser disappears into it. For bars and cafés where counter real estate is limited and the aesthetic of the build matters, the difference between a unit sitting on the surface and one installed flush into it is significant.

The Barista Basics Flush Mount Bar and Cafe Rinser drops into a standard counter cutout and sits level with the surface, keeping the bar clean, uncluttered, and professional. At 6 x 6 inches it fits into tight bar builds where a larger commercial bar glass rinser simply won't go, and the 1 to 4.5 inch vessel diameter range means it handles the full spread of what gets rinsed during service: espresso cups, rocks glasses, pint glasses, steam pitchers, blender cups, and more.

The 3/8" John Guest press fitting cold water connection and standard 1.5" drain with elbow reducer for a 20mm drain hose connect to standard commercial plumbing. Set the pressure between 15 and 30 PSI and it's ready to work. NSF/ANSI 169 certified for special purpose food equipment and devices.

Note: this rinser does not include supply or drain tubing. The Barista Basics Complete Rinser Install Kit includes everything needed for a standard installation and is sold separately.

Barista Basics Flush Mount Rinser Features That Deliver

Flush Mount Counter Installation
Unlike countertop rinsers that sit above the bar surface, this café rinser installs flush into a standard counter cutout and sits level with the surrounding surface. The result is a clean, integrated bar build with no raised edges, no visible unit body, and no surface footprint. The average flange measures 5/16 inches and the pan outside dimensions are 6-7/8 x 6-3/8 inches, keeping the visible profile minimal and consistent with a polished bar aesthetic.

Compact 6 x 6 Inch Footprint
At 6 x 6 inches, this is the commercial bar glass rinser for builds where space is tight. It fits into bar and café counter configurations where a larger rinser won't, without giving up the rinsing performance that high-volume service requires. Total installed height including fittings is 4 inches, making it compatible with standard under-counter clearances.

1 to 4.5 Inch Vessel Diameter Range
The rinser accommodates vessels from 1 to 4.5 inches in diameter, covering the full range of what gets rinsed across bar and café service: espresso cups, cortado glasses, rocks glasses, pint glasses, steam pitchers, milk jugs, blender cups, and squeeze bottles. One cup rinser for the bar handles it all without switching tools or stations.

3/8" John Guest Press Fitting Cold Water Connection
The cold water connection uses a 3/8" John Guest press fitting for a clean, secure hookup that works with standard commercial plumbing. Cold water only: hot water damages the internal seals, so this is a dedicated cold line connection. Recommended operating pressure is 15 to 30 PSI for consistent rinse performance.

Standard 1.5" Drain with 20mm Elbow Reducer
The drain uses a standard 1.5" connection with an included elbow reducer for a 20mm drain hose, allowing flexible routing in tight under-counter configurations where a straight drain run isn't possible. Connects to standard commercial drain lines without modification.

Stainless Steel Construction
Built from stainless steel throughout, the flush mount rinser holds up to the pace of commercial bar and café service and wipes clean easily between shifts. Note: edges can be sharp prior to installation, so handle with care during setup.

NSF/ANSI 169 Certified
NSF International certifies this rinser to the requirements of NSF/ANSI 169, the standard for special purpose food equipment and devices. For commercial kitchens, cafés, and bars operating under health department oversight, that certification confirms the rinser meets the hygiene and material safety standards required in food service environments. Documentation is available upon request.

Who the Barista Basics Flush Mount Rinser Is For

This rinser is built for bar and café environments where counter space is limited, the aesthetic of the build matters, and rinsing performance can't be compromised.

It's the right fit for:

• Full-service bars and cocktail bars rinsing glassware between pours where a countertop unit would interrupt the bar aesthetic or take up needed surface space.
• Espresso bars and cafés rinsing steam pitchers, espresso cups, and milk jugs at a dedicated station built into the counter.
• Juice bars and smoothie stations rinsing blender cups and pour spouts without a unit sitting above the counter surface.
• Bar builds and renovations where the counter cutout is already planned and a flush mount coffee cup rinser is the specified fitting.
• Any operation where a clean, uncluttered bar surface is part of the guest experience and a countertop rinser simply doesn't fit the build.

How the Barista Basics Flush Mount Rinser Compares

Barista Basics Flush Mount Rinser vs. Krome Dispense Flush Mount Rinser
Krome is a widely distributed commercial bar and café equipment brand and a common spec in new bar builds. Their flush mount rinser options are a familiar choice for contractors and bar designers working from established equipment lists.

The Barista Basics flush mount rinser differentiates on vessel range and sourcing. The 1 to 4.5 inch diameter compatibility covers a broader range of vessel types than Krome's standard flush mount offering, making it a more versatile barista pitcher rinser and bar glass rinser in one unit.

Choose Krome when it is already specified in a build or broad distribution is the priority. Choose the Barista Basics Flush Mount Rinser when vessel range versatility, NSF certification, and direct parts access matter to the operation.

Barista Basics Flush Mount Rinser vs. Caffewerks Flush Mount Rinser
Caffewerks is a specialty coffee equipment supplier with a focused catalog of bar tools and accessories. Their flush mount rinser is a recognized option in the café rinser category, particularly among specialty coffee operators looking for purpose-built bar tools.

The practical distinction for most operators comes down to parts availability and support. For cafés and bars that need quick turnaround on parts or installation support, that direct supplier relationship is a meaningful operational advantage.

Choose Caffewerks if you are already in their ecosystem and have an established supply relationship. Choose the Barista Basics Flush Mount Rinser when domestic availability, NSF certification, and dependable support are what the operation requires.

Key Takeaway
Krome wins on broad distribution and contractor familiarity. Caffewerks wins on specialty coffee community recognition. The Barista Basics Flush Mount Bar and Cafe Rinser wins on vessel range versatility, NSF certification, compact flush mount design, and dependable domestic support. For bars and cafés that need a rinser that disappears into the counter and keeps up with service, this is the one built for the build.

Why We Recommend the Barista Basics Flush Mount Rinser

The Barista Basics flush mount rinser exists because not every bar build has room for a countertop unit and not every operator wants one sitting above the surface even when they do.

The flush mount format is the right call for a lot of the builds we see: tight cocktail bars, renovation projects where the counter cutout is already cut, espresso stations where the bar aesthetic is part of the experience. This rinser fits those situations cleanly and performs the same way a larger countertop unit does without taking up the surface.

The 1 to 4.5 inch vessel range is the detail we point to most often. A rinser that handles espresso cups, rocks glasses, steam pitchers, and blender cups in a 6 x 6 inch footprint is a genuinely versatile tool, and that versatility is what makes it the right fit for both bar and café environments equally.

If your water pressure exceeds 30 PSI, add a pressure regulator. If you need supply and drain tubing, add the Barista Basics Complete Rinser Install Kit. Everything else is handled by the rinser itself.
